We were able to watch the service from down in Newfoundland while visiting. It truly represented your Dad and what was important to him. We very much enjoyed (and chuckled over the shared memories both in the obituary read by Mel and Laverne's thoughts and Elden's delivered by Laverne. Ambros was always welcoming right from the minute we came to Eigenheim in 1995. Our daughter Michelle, who could overhear as we were listening commented that "It's too bad they could not decorate the sanctuary with tomatoes" and then there they were in the lovely slide show.
Our condolences to your whole family. Ambros will be missed.
