Ron and I send our love and condolences to you and your families, Sharryl and Terri. What a wonderful tribute to your dad. The slide show brought back so many memories for both of us, from university days, to my early teaching years, to visits with young children, and, in recent years, a great visit with your dad either in Rosthern … or in Palm Springs. Your parents’ home was my ‘home away from home’ on several occasions. He is one of those people that I can truly say, “he lived a well lived life!”

I only really knew John back in the mid-1960's, but remember his sense of humour and friendliness whenever I saw him. Great memories of his visits with the family to "the farm"....and the lake! My condolences to Sharryl, Terri and family.
