I met Jason one time, but my mind thinks about him often as I watch hunting shows and live in Saskatchewan. He was a Canadian and true hero in the hunting industry. His famous “ ya you did” will ring only in my mind as his personal saying. Sorry for your loss though I know he has been gone for a few years.

What an honest, down to earth, personable, human being, and I Ioved watching his incredible passion for hunting, and others. My heart is saddened by his untimely, and horrible death! God called him back home way to early. He will be truly missed down here, and the Lord be with his family at this very sad time. Ours is to wonder why such a good man was taken so early, so horribly away from his loved ones, but the Lord’s plan for all of us is not to be understood, or questioned. Meet Fred Bear, and show ’em how it’s done up in heaven! You will be TRULY missed down here!!

Jason we will miss you terribly down here on earth. I really enjoyed your company in New Zealand 10 years back. The hunting community has lost an Icon. I am saddened by this tragedy. I know your family will strengthen from your passing because they must be as strong as you. God be with you and your family. Stand tall, hunt well, be strong!
