Obituary of Arley Nickel

October 24, 1933 – August 6, 2018 Arley Nickel, age 84 years, passed away on August 6, 2018, at the Mennonite Nursing Home, Rosthern, SK. He is survived by his wife, Alice; children: Les and Dolores Nickel, Tracy Thiessen; grandchildren: Tiffany and James Crouch, Ashley Nickel and fiancee Justin Souva, Chelsea and John Foster, Christy Nickel, Ali Thiessen, Alexis and Chris Kozak; great grandchildren Lara and Isabella Crouch; brother Bill and Kay Nickel and mother-in-law Ida Redekopp. He was predeceased by his parents Leonard and Margaret Nickel, and son-in-law Wes Thiessen. The Funeral Service will be held on Friday, August 10, 2018, at 2:00 P.M. at the Laird Mennonite Church, Laird, SK. A private family interment will take place before the service at Laird Cemetery.
