Obituary of Margaret Penner

September 26, 1923 – April 30, 2014 Margaret (nee Teichroeb) was born September 26, 1923. Mom passed away very peacefully with family at her side on April 30, 2014 at the age of 90 years. To mourn her passing are her 6 children: Myrna (Jake) Loeppky, Osler, SK; Larry (Betty) Penner, Luseland, SK; Dorothy Morin, Edmonton, AB; Darrell (Wendy) Penner, Hague, SK; Darcy (Janice) Penner, Hague, SK; Randy (Faith) Penner, Hague, SK; numerous grandchildren and their spouses; numerous great grandchildren and their spouses and 3 great great grandchildren. Mom was predeceased by her: husband Jacob P. Penner; son-in-law Phil Morin; 2 grandsons Tyler Penner, Dan Loeppky, 2 great grandchildren Miranda Friesen, Gregory Friesen; parents, Peter and Marie Teichroeb; all of her brothers and sisters and their spouses and her in-laws on Dad’s side of the family. Viewing for family and friends will be held at Funk’s Funeral Home, Rosthern, SK at 7 P.M., Sunday, May 4, 2014. The Funeral Service will be held Monday, May 5, 2014 at 11:00 A.M. at Grace Mennonite Church, Neuanlage, SK. We the family would like to thank the nurses and staff at the Rosthern Mennonite Nursing Home for the excellent love and care Mom received. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Rosthern Mennonite Nursing Home, Box 370, Rosthern, SK S0K 3R0. Interment will take place at Hague Cemetery.
