Obituary of Gertrude Kometscher

May 3, 1925 – June 29, 2018 Gertrude Kometscher, age 93 years of Rosthern passed away on June 29, 2018 at Rosthern Hospital, Rosthern, SK. She is survived by her sister, Wilhelmina Kometscher; brother, John (Bernice) Vander Velden; sister-in-law: Sharon Yee and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her: parents, Jan & Anna Vander Velden; brother, Ed (Sophie) Vander Velden; sister, Johanna (Harry) Richards; and brother-in-law: George Kometscher. The Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, July 3, 2018 at 11:00 A.M. at St. Odilon Roman Catholic Church, Rosthern, Saskatchewan with Rev. Phinh Do presiding.
