Obituary of Walter Andres

August 26, 1936 – September 13, 2012 The death of Walter Andres, age 76 years of Rosthern occurred at his residence with his family by his side on September 13, 2012. He is survived by his loving wife, Hannah; five children, Charlotte Andres, Lisa Andres, Della Braden, Michele (Kevin) Rast, Greg (Amy) Andres; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; siblings, Mary (Eugene) Loewen, Carolyn (Archie) Loewen, and Laura (James) Beherns. He was predeceased by his parents, Abram and Anna Andres; and parents-in-law Jacob and Katharina Neudorf. The Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, September 18, 2012 at 2:00 P.M. at the Rosthern Mennonite Church, 3016 – 5th Street. Interment will take place in Rosthern Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to a charity of your choice. Arrangements are in care of Funk’s Funeral Home, Rosthern.
