Obituary of Ronald Bazylak

October 7, 1947 – August 14, 2016 With great sadness, the family announces the passing of Ronald Bazylak, age 68 years of Duck Lake, SK, on August 14, 2016 at Royal University Hospital, Saskatoon, SK. He is survived by his wife Claire; children, Patricia Bazylak; Ryan Bazylak; Lee (Kirsten) Bazylak; granddaughter Chloë and sister Lorraine Cheke and sister-in-law Claire Bazylak. He was predeceased by his parents, John and Mary Bazylak; brothers Frank Bazylak, Walter (Lillian) Bazylak. The Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, August 17, 2016 at 7:00 P.M. at Blessed Sacrament Roman Catholic Church, Duck Lake, SK.
