Obituary of Harvey Fast

April 28, 1935 – May 27, 2021 The passing of Harvey Fast, 86 years, occurred on May 27, 2021, at the Mennonite Nursing Home, Rosthern, SK. Harvey will be remembered as an outdoors man who loved to go hunting, fishing, and berry picking. He enjoyed going for coffee and visiting friends. In his earlier years he worked various jobs in farming and construction, and he always made time to go travelling with Anne. Harvey is survived by his son Roger Balman; grandchildren, Brian (Margaret) Balman, Brenda Balman (Barry Allin), Brandi Balman; great grandchildren, Ryder, Brielle, Sierra, Chloe, and Emilee; siblings, Julie (Hank) Bueckert, Gerald Fast, Marlene Harder; and numerous nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by his wife Anne Balman; his parents; two sisters and one brother. A Graveside Service will be held at Carson Cemetery, Hepburn SK on Monday, May 31, 2021 at 2:00 P.M.
