Obituary of Victoria Hrycan

May 13, 1930 – March 10, 2018 It is with broken hearts that the family announces the passing of our mom, Baba and Great-Baba, Victoria Hrycan on March 10, 2018. Victoria (Vicky) was born on May 13, 1930, to John and Annie (nee Pryziazny) Kocay of Prud’homme. She will be dearly missed by sons Bob (Christina) and Larry (Karen) and their family: granddaughter Stephanie (Brent Weinrauch); grandson Shane (Candace); granddaughter Tricia (Leon) Zinkowski and great grandchildren Zerek and Annika Zinkowski. Vicky loved the simple pleasures of life—nurturing her flower garden, going for rides to check the crops and visiting with her family. Vicky’s family wishes to extend their thanks to the staff at Rosthern Hospital for the compassionate and loving care that she received. Also appreciation is extended to the staff at St. Michael’s Haven for their friendship and devoted care over the past twelve years. In her remembrance, the family wishes you to join them for an informal social gathering on Saturday, March 24, 2018, at 11:00 a.m. at Prud’homme Hall.
