Obituary of Homme Lont

August 10, 1948 – February 26, 2013 With profound sadness, we announce the death of Homme Lont, age 64 years of Hague, SK which occurred at the Royal University Hospital in Saskatoon on February 26, 2013. He is survived by his wife, Sharon Culbert; his children, Scott Lont, Sandy (Dennae) Lont, Craig Lont, Marieka Lont; Sharon’s children, Jeff Culbert, Jody (James) Zuk, and grandchildren, Jade and Jax; sister Thea (Bert) Bruil; sister-in-law, Marja Lont; many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his brother, Jan Pieter Lont and his parents, Jacob and Johanna Lont. The Memorial Service will be held on Sunday, March 3, 2013 at 2:00 P.M. at Hague Mennonite Church, Hague, SK with Pastor Artur Esau and Pastor Henry Janzen officiating. Interment of his ashes will take place at Hague Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to the Children’s Wish Foundation, 3602 Millar Ave., Saskatoon, SK S7K 3L3.
