Obituary of Albert Peters

February 1, 1917 – November 17, 2012 Albert Peters passed away peacefully at Royal University Hospital on November 17, 2012. Albert was born on February 1, 1917 to Peter and Anna Peters. He grew up with two brothers and one sister in Laird and later on a farm just west of Hepburn. Left to remember him are his son Greg (Joan) Peters; daughter Joanne (Ken) Jeschke; grandchildren Dustin Peters, Erin (Derek) Graham, Scott (Heather) Jeschke, Kurt (Geralyn) Jeschke, Michelle (Darren) Huebert; great grandchildren Kyla and Brenden Graham and Ava and Lily Jeschke. Albert was predeceased by his wife Lillian of 64 years; sister Adeline Paetkau and brothers Elmer and Earl. A public viewing time will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 21 at Bethany Manor Fellowship Centre, 110 LaRonge Road, Saskatoon. The Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 22 at the Hepburn Mennonite Brethren Church. Interment will take place at Hepburn M.B. Cemetery, Hepburn SK. Arrangements are in care of Funk’s Funeral Home, Rosthern SK.
