Obituary of Helen Adams

February 26, 1928 – January 6, 2013 Helen Veletta Adams (Gossen) was born February 26, 1928 to William and Helen (Unger) Gossen on their farm in the Schmidtsburg School District. She passed away peacefully into the arms of her Lord, Sunday, January 6, 2013 at the Rosthern Mennonite Nursing Home. She is survived by her children: Kathy (Bruce) Ratzlaff, Jill Hack, and Chris (Faith) Adams; grandson Taylor Adams, all of Waldheim, SK; brother Thomas Gossen; and sisters-in-law Susie Gossen, Shirley Gossen, Gen Gossen; as well as many special nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents, brother Howard in infancy, and brothers Jim, Casey, and Billy. The Funeral Service will be held Thursday, January 10, 2013 at 2:00 P.M. at Zoar Mennonite Church, Waldheim, SK with Pastor Ben Pauls and Pastor Benno Klassen officiating. Interment will take place in Waldheim Cemetery. Arrangements are in care of Funk’s Funeral Home, Rosthern, SK.
