Obituary of William Kalyniuk

December 15, 1923 – December 19, 2016 The death of William F. Kalyniuk, age 93 years, formerly of Waldheim, occurred at the Mennonite Nursing Home, Rosthern, SK, with his loving family by his side on Monday, December 19, 2016. He is survived by his three children, Joan (David) Pearce, Doris (Dave) Schellenberg; Clifford Kalyniuk; 8 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; siblings, Lena Pobran, Pauline Venne, Ann Horachek; and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his wife, Rose in 2015; his parents, Nick & Dora Kalyniuk; brothers, John, Nick, Metro; infant brother, George; infant sisters, Mary and Irene; brothers-in-law, Nick Pobran, Louis Venne, Van Horachek; sisters-in-law, Vivian (Nick) Kalyniuk, Jennie (John) Kalyniuk. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, December 27, 2016, at 11:00 A.M., at St. Odilon Roman Catholic Church, Rosthern, SK, with Rev. Phinh Do officiating. Interment will take place at Rosthern Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to the Mennonite Nursing Home, Box 370 Rosthern, SK S0K 3R0.
