Obituary of Mary Salahub

September 21, 1933 – July 17, 2012 The death of Mary Salahub, age 78 years, occurred on July 17, 2012 at Rosthern Mennonite Nursing Home. She is survived by 5 children, 11 grandchildren, and 3 great-grandchildren; son, Denis (Shirley) Salahub and Emery (Jennifer), Adrian (Samantha); son, Taras Salahub (friend Linda) and Terri-Lynn, Mark; daughter Sandra (Reuben) Peters and Ryan (Danica), Tracey (Joash) Siemens; daughter Marlene Scott (Daryl Schmidt) and Natasha, Shasha, Kalene; son, Harrold (Marcia Coulic-Salahub) Salahub and Stephaan, Jeremy; great-grandchildren Scarlett, Simon, Alivia; 3 sisters, Pauline Reimer, Francis Giesbrecht, Sally Westhaver; 3 brothers, Ernie (Phyllis) Ternofsky, Edward Ternofsky, Steve (Beatrice) Ternofsky. She was predeceased by Peter Salahub (husband); Albert Salahub (son); Peter and Annie Ternofsky (parents); Nick Ternofsky (brother); Vicky Doucette (sister) and numerous in-laws. The Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated by Father Ivan Nahachewsky on Monday, July 23, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. at Sts. Peter & Paul Ukrainian Catholic Church, Rosthern.
