Please accept my deepest Condolences Shirley & Family. I remember the very beginning of this love between Pete & Shirley. Pete was over the moon when he first met Shirley and all they did was giggle and giggle and giggle. This seemed like just yesterday, but you created a whole life together, joined families and created family. Lots of fun was had back in those days, from dances, fishing trips to Doré Lake & snowmobile fun to the shack, Laird snowmobile rally’s that stopped over at your farm and many more memories when I think of them. I was saddened when I had heard about Pete not being well, less than a year ago when a friend told me. I am so sorry Shirley that you and Pete had to go through this and my sympathies to all your kids & Grandkids. After watching Petes funeral, I am so happy to see all the love and support your kids all have for each other and I know they will always be their for you Shirley, take care. Charlene Teichrob

To Shirley and the family. My sincere condolences to all of you. Praying for God's comfort to surround you and strengthen you during this difficult time. I treasure that our paths crossed in life through the times of Municipality things or in helping with the vehicle needs. I appreciated Pete's outgoing nature, his concern for the community and his love for his family. I considered him a true friend and believe he encouraged each one he came in contact with. Did'nt know the Regier family personally except for Tammy who is a very dear friend of my daughter, Toby. We lived in Waldheim for a while and the Regier family from Laird was well known everywhere. Whenever there was a sporting event, whether it be hockey, snowmobiling or fastball, they were sure to be in attendance. They were well known as supporters of their community. I am very sorry to hear of Pete Regier's passing at such a young age. May friends and family give comfort and support at this time.

Karl & family, Shirley & family Our sincere heartfelt sympathy to you all. We are saddened to hear of Pete's passing. I have many fond memories of working with Karl and his boys on the construction of our new arena. Pete was very involved, both on the financial side as well as the actual construction labour.
