Obituary of Cassandra Unger

January 2, 2006 - August 25, 2023

It is with extreme sorrow that we announce the sudden passing of Cassie, age 17, on August 25, 2023, at home in Osler, SK. Born January 2, 2006, to Scott and Tracy Unger (nee Johnston).

Cassandra attended Osler School and then Warman High where she was a member of the Life Skills program and Best Buddies. She had a great love for all animals, especially dogs. Cassie loved reading books, playing games, and attending Camp Easter Seal.

Cassandra is deeply missed by her parents, Scott & Tracy Unger; her pup Chica; her grandmother, Elizabeth Unger; her siblings Rissy (Garret) Hantke, Sam Unger (Joleen Prystupa), and Joel Unger (Melissa Rawson); her nephew Huck Rawson Unger; and her cousins, aunts, uncles, as well as many dear friends and neighbours. 

We ask you that you join us in celebrating Cassandra’s life on

Friday, September 1, 2023, at 1:00 PM

at Ebenezer Baptist Church, 107 McWillie Ave, Saskatoon.
