Bert leaves to mourn his passing and cherish his memory: his wife of 62 years, Simone Pilon (nee Gariepy); his daughter Janet (Lyle) Goller and their children, Landon (Stephanie) Goller, their children Waylon, Wyatt and Remi; Lee (Karinn) Goller, their children Austin and Rhett; Amanda (Kiefer) Paul, their children Bryson, Sadie and Jaxon; son, Dan Pilon and his daughter Michaela; son David (Rachelle) Pilon and their sons Rylan and Kyler; daughter Christine (Lorne) Helstrom and their daughter Cathleen (Bradyn) Baynham, their children Alex and Noella; daughter Rhonda Pilon and her sons Tyrell (Bailey) Nicolas, their children Furious, Kingston and Laine; Lukas Nicolas, his children Chloe and Paxton; daughter Susan (Robert) Debray and their daughters Carol (Chris) Sparvier, their children Danika and Coultis; Tara (Matt) Wiberg, their children Charlotte and Kace; daughter Connie (Sheldon) Dodge and their sons Tyler (Mira Polanik) Dodge; Devin Dodge and his daughter Vivian; his siblings, Joylene (Ray) Smith, Albert (Alice) Pilon, Marlene (Franklin) Smith, Paul (Janice) Pilon, Andre Pilon, Henry (Gail) Pilon, Ronald (Collette) Pilon, Gerald (Cindy) Pilon, Michael (Debbie) Pilon; brothers and sisters-in-law, Gail Pilon, Lloyd Mercereau, Margaret Gariepy, Judy Dickens, Edna Blythe, Marty Gariepy, Darrel Prouty.

Bert was predeceased by his: infant daughter, Carol Lyn; parents, Aime and Victoria Pilon; in-laws, Martin and Laura Gariepy; brother, Edward Pilon and sister, Freida Mercereau; brothers and sisters-in-law, Anita Bunt, Cindy Gariepy, John Gariepy, Ray Hicks, Edlore Paradis, Kenneth Blythe, Keith Dickens, Lance Gariepy, Ronald Gariepy, and Joseph Gariepy.
