December 22, 1969 - March 12, 2024

54 Years

Angela Agnes Hamm was born December 22, 1969, in Saskatoon, to Dave and Agnes Fehr. She was the youngest of 6 children. She grew up in Hague and attended Hague School from kindergarten to graduation. She was raised in a Christian home with loving parents, and was especially close with her mom who she really looked up to. Angela and her friend volunteered as Candy Stripers at the Rosthern Hospital in Grade 10, where she discovered her passion for caring for others. Her first job was at a sewing factory in Saskatoon.

Angela and Carl met in the summer of 1986, dated for 4 years, and got married on May 12, 1990, at the Hague Mennonite Conference Church. In the spring of 1993, they moved to their forever home by the river outside of Hepburn. Angela was baptized on confession of her faith in 1997 at Reinfeld Church, by Bishop George Buhler. They were blessed with 5 wonderful children, she devoted her life to raising them and cherished every moment of being a mom.

After all the kids were in school, she then worked 17 years at Spruce Manor in Dalmeny as a housekeeper and eventually became a care-aid as well. In those years the residents and staff brought her so much joy, and she truly had a gift for making everyone feel loved. Angela and Carl were always involved in the Reinfeld Church, they had many different roles, built relationships throughout the years, and loved their church family.

Angela will always be remembered for her bubbly, trustworthy, considerate, and compassionate personality, and because of these traits, she could make anyone feel special. She was very adventurous and loved outdoor activities, as well as trying new things, including skydiving. She especially enjoyed canoeing and kayaking along the river, biking, singing, playing games, and being with her dogs. But most of all she treasured time with her family.

Angela was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer at the end of December 2023. After 9 weeks of dealing with the cancer, God took her home peacefully on March 12, 2024, with Carl by her side. Until we meet again in heaven, she leaves behind her husband, Carl; children, Jessica, Lucas (Jennifer), Nick (Vanessa), Josh (Taylor), Emily (Jadon) Ens; grandchildren, Colleen, Allison, Myles; siblings, Caroline (Barry) Kasper, Val Reddekopp, Gary (Rose) Fehr, Gerald (Carol) Fehr, Vern (Dawn) Fehr, and many nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her parents, Dave and Agnes Fehr, John Reddekopp (brother-in-law), Marge Fehr (sister-in-law), Zachary Fehr (nephew), and John Hamm (father-in-law).

She will live on in our memories always!
