We the family, announce the passing of Joseph Pochipinski, at the age of 90 years, surrounded by family on March 13, 2021. Joe was born January 23, 1931 in the Nichlova district to Adam and Nettie (Walduda), where he resided all his life until his passing. Joseph met Iris Huziek in January of 1952 and were married on October 4, 1953.
He leaves to mourn: two daughters and three sons: Judy (Jim) Trippel, Joanne (Gary) Yourkowski, Rick (Dianne) Pochipinski, Kelly (Becky) Pochipinski, Jody (Shirley) Pochipinski; 11 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren: Jamie (Sheldon) Hein and family, Kaden and McLaren; Sherry Trippel; Shawn (Allysia Beaven) Yourkowski and family Lara; Chantelle (Mike) Wilson and family, Joseph and Riley; Jillian (Hal) Curren and family, Kaze, Rhys and Lexi: Joel (Gillian) Pochipinski and family, Carsyn and Easton: Bradley Pochipinski (Robyn Anderson) and family, Emma and Parker: Jessica (Tom) Warchalowski and family, Mattias and Merrick; Taylor Pochipinski; Kailey Pochipinski and Breanna Pochipinski; sister, Olive Williams; sisters-in-law Ann Pochipinski and Olga Huziek; numerous nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his: wife, Iris (2013); parents; nine siblings and in-laws.
A Come and Go Viewing, with social distancing, will be held on Friday, March 19, 2021 at 7:30 – 9:00 P.M. at Funk’s Funeral Home, 1010 – 7th Street, Rosthern. The Private Mass of Christian Burial (for invited family and friends only) will be celebrated by Rev. Tuyen Vu on Saturday, March 20, 2021 at 11:00 A.M. at St. Odilon Roman Catholic Church, Rosthern.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Rosthern Hospital Foundation, Box 88 Rosthern, SK S0K 3R0 or St. Odilon Roman Catholic Church, Rosthern. Interment will take place in Rosthern Cemetery.
